Meet Felicity
I am a full devotee of the Yogic path, its methodologies, science and transformative abilities. The path led me to become a Yoga Alliance-accredited 500hr Yoga teacher, part of the Usui Reiki lineage, alongside YA accreditation as a meditation and pranayama practitioner.
I currently live in France where I love nothing more than practicing each morning with my husband and ginger ninja kitty, enjoying nutritious food and creating a lifestyle which is not only nourishing to myself but also treads lightly on the Earth.

Chakra Balancing & Pranayama
Balancing the chakras through breathwork followed by guided meditation can lead to a highly beneficial state in which our vital energies work in synergy, free from blockages and open to flow up and down the spine, or the sushumna channel. Why would we want this? It effectively opens our whole being to inceased states of awareness, enabling us to move through life with consciousness, grace and ease.
